Anyone know how to get around this? I can’t log into update whatever permission it wants.

Is there a workaround to update it on the business suite or on instagram?

Thanks

@michaelrunsads this is a known issue on Meta’s side with some accounts.

Try this workaround:

It works on some accounts.

If it fails, contact support so they can log your issue.

Hope this helps!

Thank you Gustavo. I see how this workaround could potentially work. It allowed me to login with my Meta business suite (facebook) instead but now Manychat says my IG is not eligible for this feature because its in Beta. Super annoying :( Thank you for the help.
