1. Connection method - Follow to DM only works if you connected via ManyChat's "Unified Instagram onboarding." If you connected the old way (Instagram OAuth or Meta Business Suite), you'll need to reconnect.
2. One DM per user per week limit - Meta only allows ONE Follow to DM message per user per week. If your followers are following other accounts that use this feature, they might not get your message.
3. Only triggers once - If someone unfollowed and refollowed, it won't trigger again.
What's happening specifically, not triggering at all or just for some followers?
