Original: Bonjour,

Je n’arrive pas à réaliser l’automatisation “Say hi to new followers: first impressions are everything “.

On me demande d’Update my Instagram permissions to say hi to new followers mais ManyChat est déjà autorisé dans mes paramètres.

Savez-vous comment débloquer la situation ?

Merci à vous

English translation: Hello, I'm having trouble setting up the "Say hi to new followers: first impressions are everything" automation. It asks me to update my Instagram permissions to say hi to new followers, but ManyChat is already allowed in my settings. Do you know how to resolve this? Thank you.

Hello @Gaëlle !

This new feature (currently in beta) is restricted for many users, as Meta has likely decided to do so to prevent abuse and spam.

We need to wait until Meta decides to make it available to more users.

Let me know if you have further questions! 😊

Hello, do you have any information how long we need to wait? Because i have this problem for about a month now. Is there something i can do aobout it? Do we know if Meta does allow it to some users for any specific reasons?

@Marie Anna Unfortunately I don’t know how much time we have to wait until Meta decides to open this feature to more people, and I also don’t know what are the reasons behind this decision. My guess is because of spam message and they are trying to protect their users.

As far I as know, Manychat don’t control who has access to this feature. 😕
