I have been going round in circles with chat support trying to get this to work. It seems there is a blockage on my instagram business account that isn’t sending to new follower - it hasn’t sent to anyone. It tells me to go onto messaging tools in settings on instagram but I can never find the settings or toggles to turn on/off in the first place. I really need to chat to an actual human for some help! Anyone had this problem? Or know how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated x

HOWEVER… Meta is having some bugs with this new feature and fewer accounts are getting it enabled.

This also means that many users are getting errors when they try to update the Instagram connection permissions.
