Hi everyone, I’m trying to get the Instagram “Follow to DM” (Say hi to new followers) beta to work, but it still won’t trigger even after a full reset.
What I did:
- Removed the Instagram connection in Manychat, then reconnected using “Connect via Meta” (the new Unified Instagram onboarding flow).
- Set up the Quick Automation “Say hi to new followers” and clicked “Go Live”.
What’s happening:
- When someone follows, no DM is sent.
My question:
- Is there a way to confirm whether my account is eligible for the beta, or is it only visible when the automation is available?
