Like if you have this same issue ‘cause this is extremely frustrating and I’ve seen too many posts regarding this.
Other automations are working. I’ve tried refreshing permissions and tried contacting support. They have not been helpful at all. I followed support’s recommendation to the T and it still it isn’t working. And now support is just ghosting me..
Terrible customer service.

e of being unable to completely connect IG to MC. The refresh permissions button remains after troubleshooting throught FB, IG and MC. DM to Followers is one of my automations that is not function. None of them are. Can they even work if the refresh permission button persists?
Hi there, I’m having the same issue. So not sure when they’re going to solve this bug.
I’m having the same issue. In november when i set up this feature for one IG account it was still working but yesterday when i set it up to another IG account it’s not working. I’ve refreshed the permissions and checked that the messages in IG are permitted. Has anyone resolved this yet?

This was working for me until yesterday when I simply stopped it to edit the wording and links.
Now it won’t deliver yet says “LIVE”.

Their help/support is utterly pathetic.
As far as I’m concerned - currently the product isn’t doing what they advertised and they are communicating with me like it’s a brand new issue when you can see others have had this months ago.
