Like if you have this same issue ‘cause this is extremely frustrating and I’ve seen too many posts regarding this.
Other automations are working. I’ve tried refreshing permissions and tried contacting support. They have not been helpful at all. I followed support’s recommendation to the T and it still it isn’t working. And now support is just ghosting me..
Terrible customer service.

"Say Hi to New Followers" not working
It was working fine for me the whole time and 5 days ago it stopped working. I created the automation again and it sends to like 1 person out of 10. It's very frustrating for me. For example, I have reels that bring +1000 followers to my account, and now my conversions have dropped a lot.

This is so annoying knowing their support people just do fuck all to tell me any updates etc

Thing is - every day that goes by is lost leads. And as far as I’m aware they haven’t messaged out about it OR posted on their socials about it.

It’s got to have been an entire month - and you get billed the same as if it works?
I’m having the same issue. All my other automations seem to be working, and this automation that worked so perfectly for me for so long just suddenly stopped working. It’s driving me insane. Does anyone have any other suggestions for apps to move to away from Manychat? This is ridiculous.
