Like if you have this same issue ‘cause this is extremely frustrating and I’ve seen too many posts regarding this.
Other automations are working. I’ve tried refreshing permissions and tried contacting support. They have not been helpful at all. I followed support’s recommendation to the T and it still it isn’t working. And now support is just ghosting me..
Terrible customer service.

"Say Hi to New Followers" not working
It was working fine for me the whole time and 5 days ago it stopped working. I created the automation again and it sends to like 1 person out of 10. It's very frustrating for me. For example, I have reels that bring +1000 followers to my account, and now my conversions have dropped a lot.
