Like if you have this same issue ‘cause this is extremely frustrating and I’ve seen too many posts regarding this.
Other automations are working. I’ve tried refreshing permissions and tried contacting support. They have not been helpful at all. I followed support’s recommendation to the T and it still it isn’t working. And now support is just ghosting me..
Terrible customer service.

Oh damn! Mine hasn’t been so I’ve just turned it off and back on again to see if it will!
Any news from anyone else will be great - if you had to make a new automation or whatever to get it working again.
