Unfortunately there is nothing you or ManyChat can do, Meta is limiting to only certain accounts for this feature, it’s still in beta.

I found out that if someone is following me from a reel or trial, manychat doesnt send out message. Any Idea?
I don’t have the popup message with ‘unavailable yet,’ but the automation doesn’t trigger when they are new followers, nothing seems to happen, 0 run
Could you help me figure out what is happening please?
(I did get through the help bot and refresh all the permissions)
