SAY HI TO NEW FOLLOWERS NOT WORKING

Same here… it’s working like only for 10% of new followers.. horrible

Horrible from MANYCHAT as they are not accepting its a widespread bug or whatever you want to call it since 2 months. I was in touch with their team for 3 days in a row, refeeshing permissions 10 times, loging with my instagram account 3-4 times,doing the same for the facebook account, doing conversation rerouting and etc etc wasting my time, only to know that this is a widespread thing that they dont even announce or accept even via email. they just never responded back to my email. 

Very annoying tbh. I usually get 300 new followers each day and wonder why I haven’t had many new conversations since 2 weeks now or so. Very strange that it still sends like 5-10 new messages each day as it should, but not anymore. Do you also have that?

yes my account gets 20k followers a day. it sends to only maybe 200 users the automation. finny that i just got a responose from manychat on email and they said this

Really? Good for you. Mine is still sending the welcome message to only like 6% of my new followers

I want to setup ‘say hi to new customers’ but after logging in to my inistagram account it just opens instagram in browser and nothing else happens.

Can someone help me?

^from manychat knowledge base. I guess that changed recently and that is why it is not sending anymore to as much people as before…
