Say Hi to new Followers of Instagram not working

There are some rules from Meta that couldn’t allow your account to send that automation.
Here are them:

“The Follow to DM automation triggers only once per follower. If someone unfollows and then follows again, it won’t run a second time. Additionally, Meta allows only one Follow to DM message per user per week. If a person follows multiple accounts using this feature, they’ll receive a message only from the first account they followed. This rule helps keep the experience safe and free from spam.”

Previously, my account was able to access this feature. However, today when I tried to open it, a popup appeared stating that my account is not eligible / not available for this feature.
Could you please help me with the following questions:
What is the specific reason why my account is currently not eligible for this feature?
Is this related to any policy changes, account limitations, or platform (Facebook/Instagram) restrictions?
Is there any action I can take, or any requirements I need to meet, in order to regain access to this feature?

I would appreciate it if you could provide detailed information so I can better understand the situation and take the appropriate steps if possible.

I can’t tell you why your account is not eligible 😕 I can’t use this feature either because Meta consider my account not eligible 🫠

This is a beta feature and the only thing we can do (including Manychat) is waiting. 😞
