I know that there have been some questions on how to get the “Say Hi to new followers” working but I just wanted to confirm if the template is still available. I’m new to ManuChat and I can’t see the template at all. Would there be another similar template?

Just to clarify, the "Say Hi to new followers" (Follow to DM) feature is currently in beta, which means it isn't available for all accounts just yet.
Additionally, Meta has been experiencing a bug on their end regarding this feature, which has caused delays or prevented it from working for many users: https://status.manychat.com/cmmxljn3s01ntuud42lsa7zud
