Hello!

I’m experiencing an issue that it seems many other users are experiencing.

As can be seen in the screenshot below, I’m trying to select a Scheduled Post on Facebook for an automation. However, the only 2 posts that appear are 2 posts from 6 years ago.

When I try to enter the ID of a scheduled post, I get the error “Post Not Found On Facebook” as can be seen in the bottom left of the second screenshot.

Is there any solution to this or an ETA on if/when this might be resolved?

I have already reset my permissions, so it’s not related to that.

Any help is much appreciated!

Due to Meta limitations the “custom” option doesn’t always work as well as Manychat says “we generally recommend avoiding this method, especially for ad posts created in Ads Manager, as it may result in functionality limitations.”
