I made an automation with keyword, the first part works, but when the prospect gets the “Hey it’s Christian, thannks for requesting the xyz, just click Send It link below and I’ll get it over to you” - the Send It link does not activate the next message, it refreshes the page. I’ve tested it myself and had other test it.

Your setup looks ok and the button click should trigger the next message.
However there’s a current Meta bug that can cause this:
This issue means that Meta does not always sends the button click or messages information to Manychat, and when that happens, Manychat cannot trigger automations.
I suspect that this may be happening in your case.
I suggest you report this to support to make sure this is the case (the support team can check in the backend to confirm that this is the actual issue).

Include a link to your automation, and examples of cases where the button click didn’t work.
I usually record a loom video showcasing the issue.
