I send a lot of parcels for companies in belgium (with Bpost). I would like to be able to automatically send the tracking number and all the information about the parcel delivery. Is this possible?

+7Yes it’s possible.
You have to use Manychat’s API to connect your shipping service or Google Sheet to Manychat, and then send the message to the user.
This can be done using Make or Zapier, depending on your setup and workflow.
