Send WhatsApp events to META - From Manychat

I'm relatively new to ManyChat, but I have a specific question:

I'm having trouble sending sales information from my WhatsApp channel to META. I create a new flow and add a META ACTION/EVENT at the end, but ManyChat won't let me select the pixel to which I want to send this information.

Also, the "META ACTION/EVENT" field in the flow only allows me to enter the sale price. This doesn't make sense because I have over 200 products, and the price changes constantly; it's not fixed. How can I send the exact price to META through the pixel?

How can I solve these two problems? Could someone help me?

Hola @Para Mayoristas Col , are you using the end event to Meta Conversions API? You can check this guide on how to use it:  https://manychat.com/blog/ditching-the-data-overload-with-capi/

Also, for dynamic pricing with your 200+ products, you can use System Fields to capture the actual purchase price. Set up a custom field in your Manychat flow to store the product price, then reference that field in your conversion event rather than entering a fixed amount.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the suggestion.

Just to clarify: is it actually possible to reference a Custom Field or System Field for the price/value in the Conversion Event? From what I can see, that field seems to accept only a static numeric value, and I don’t see an option to dynamically pull in a field.

Am I missing a step or a specific setup to make this work?
