Hi everyone! I have a quick question.
I’ve been using Manychat for about two years and I’ve built up a list of around 23,000 contacts across my automations.
Is there a way to send a one-time broadcast message to all of these contacts at once?
I want to make sure I’m doing it correctly and within the platform rules.
Any tips, best practices, or things I should watch out for would mean a lot.

If that 23k contacts have a WhatsApp Number/ID, you can send Template Messages to them.
But if it's Instagram/ Messenger contacts, nothing can be done at the moment… Meta and Manychat are developing a similar way to send marketing messages to IG and FB contacts, but there's no official date to some Beta test or release of that for now.
