How do i send an audio file to my customers on whatsapp? its a pre-recorded guide that the live agents need to send to some specific customers only.

You can send an audio file using the file upload functionality in Live Chat:
If agents need to send this file frequently then you can create an automation with a blank trigger and then pick it from the list of automations via this button:
Remember that only ogg, aac, mp4 and mpeg file formats are supported by WhatsApp.
