Hello,
I’d like to send automation to people who spontaneously get in touch trhough messanger or instagram.
I try to subscribe them to a welcome sequence or to trigger an automation and even though this is marked as “done” in the chat window, nothing happen.
I refreshed permissions and automations are on and not paused.
Anyone can explain what is wrong?
Is this possible with the free version?
Is there a workaround?
