Manychat has been triggering a DM automation every time someone comments the word “good” on any post (which you can imagine is a pretty common word). I never set up a DM trigger using that keyword and have searched my automations at least 10 times and it doesn’t show any trigger with that keyword. It is triggered at least 10x’s a day at looks extremely unprofessional. Does anyone have any idea of how to stop this from happening or how to actually get a hold of Manychat customer service?

Make sure that you are only using Manychat to manage your automations.
Go to Facebook settings and select page setup

 

There you can see which apps you’re using as third-parties.
