Hi there, i'm new to the ManyChat and searched the FAQ but can't find an answer for my problem. How can i send a email with the phonenumber and call back request to the specific gym after retrieving the location and phonenumber via FB Chat

You'll need to set this up in your flow.
If you only wish to use Manychat, the "simpler” way to do something like that is listing all locations to the user select, then ask fot his email and send it. This works well with a small number of locations.
Or you can integrate some extra automation plattforma that check some database in order to send the closest gym to the user. But it's more complex.
Anyway, in both cases you'll need to think what's the best and easiest way to your user get this info… then you build something on that.
Thanks it has many locations and i'm trying to fix a callback function so the right location gets the email with information on how to call back. Do you know how to implement a custom field in the email template ?
