Hi,
We want to send a WhatsApp message (initiated by us) to multiple audiences via automation. We used the triggers "contact created" and/or "tag is applied," but it’s not working. We haven’t received any messages on our WhatsApp at all.
Do you happen to know if there’s something we might be missing?

Note 1: It says "disabled" in the picture, but we had it enabled during the test. We've disabled it for now.
