A couple things went wrong when I attempted to set up Manychat. First, it assigned the chatbot to the wrong Facebook page. I ordered a second Manychat for the correct page, but I was charged a second time. The problem with the correct page is that it started me as a trial user, but I want to be pro. In order to convert to pro, I need a coupon code which I do not have. Since I am in communication with Meta, is there someone who can help restore my Ads manager. I am banned from ads because someone hacked my account. I would really like to be able to run ads on Meta. Thank you.
