Hi!
I’m new to this and I want to set up a giveaway automation.
I used the preset Giveaway option and the condition set to make sure nobody can enter twice seems wrong to me.
Once someone confirm their entry, They get tagged “started_giveaway”.
So to me on the condition module it should be set to TAG is NOT “started_giveaway” so new entrants would go the green way YES and people who are tagged with “started_giveaway” would be NO and get a different message.
The preset as shown below seems wrong to me.
What am I misunderstanding?
