Do you have to have a business Facebook page to connect it to Instagram and Facebook? Anyone know a work around since I don’t have a Facebook business page? My Facebook is in the professional setting.

Yes! You need to have a professional Facebook page to be able to connect it on Manychat. This is a Meta’s rule and Manychat needs to be compliant.
