There are two ways to integrate ManyChat with Shopify. One is through the built-in ManyChat app, and the other is via Zapier. However, in my ManyChat account, the Shopify app is not available. Has ManyChat discontinued it?

Yes it was discontinued.

You can integrate with the embed code and use the website triggers with it, but for the more advanced integrations you’ll need Zapier/Make unfortunately.

  Can we integrate it with the free Zapier plan, or is a paid plan required?

Shopify is Premium on Zapier, so you need the paid plan.

where do you get the embedded code?  is ManyChat no longer functinoal as a chatbot on websites?  is there any documentation you can provide?

You have to use one of the Website Widgets for Messenger.

When you set these up you’ll be given the embed code.
