Thr only automation my account has. Yesterday I tested and worked and today that the pist is live, the automation isn't working. It's a very simple one. I'm not sure what the reason is. Fi d attached some pictures.

I’m pretty sure you set it to ‘any word’ like this below:
In this case, the comment has to contain the words ‘any word (this is wrong!)’, and it won’t trigger for all comments.
