Hey ​@Marce try setting it to ‘Any Comment’ on Step 2 of the trigger setup:

I’m pretty sure you set it to ‘any word’ like this below:

In this case, the comment has to contain the words ‘any word (this is wrong!)’, and it won’t trigger for all comments.

How do you insert the link?

If you set it properly, try to refresh your permissions: Go to question mark (?)  → Refresh permissions

Thanks! I inserted the link where the template says to add the link using copy and paste. The process worked the night before because I tested in another post. The next day I only updated the post in the process but then it didn't work. Idk how to open a ticket for support.
