Apologies for the simplicity of this one - but any help would be amazing.
I have a simple email request automation for Instagram. (below)
However at the stage “...Drop your email below” this message does NOT trigger. And nor does any of the messages after it.
Is there anything I’m missing? I’ve tested on ManyChat and Tested using the three digit code - on Instagram. Works perfectly. @Funiily is very new and keen to get this right before I miss the window! Ha!

Also… there's a known bug at Meta's side affecting some accounts. If nothing shows up after tapping the first button, there's a high chance your account is one of them… 😥 More info here: https://status.manychat.com/cmh44imm700cmdq2ahtgp7h86
