hi everybody, i’m trying to capture all messages with smart delay to give my IA all the context (this is ‘cause too much people write in many messages), so in the image below im trying to solve this with smart delay, but smart delay just save the first 2 messages if i write more than that the CUF “msg_parcial” not change
if anybody have a suggestion i apreciate that, thnks for ur messages

Have you tried increasing the 20 seconds, making it longer? That way you give more time to write everything (in many clients of ours this is set to between 30 seconds and 3 minutes!)
Also, did you double check that the default reply is set to trigger every time?
Lastly, if you can’t find the issue, the Live Chat usually can give you clues as to what’s happening.
