I am new to ManyChat and have built a few automations (Instagram Comments). I have inserted a Smart Delay after sending a message with the link to a free eBook, I’d like to have a short delay and then send them a follow up message that says thanks for joining our community … I have inserted a smart delay of 10 seconds … but the bot does’t delay sending the follow up mesage.
