I accidentally wrote this in Turkish. What I actually meant is:
Hello, as you can see in the screenshot, I am using Smart Delay (13 hours) in my flow. A total of 57 users enter this step, but only 11 of them receive the Instagram message after the delay.
There are no conditions or filters after the delay, the flow goes directly to the message.
Why are the remaining users not moving on to the next step?

From the user’s first interaction until reaching the delay block, a total of 12 hours passes. I did not exceed 24 hours.
