Smart delay less than 24hr message all of a sudden wont let me update my automation.

Has something changed? 

Red Box message: “Set Delay duration of less than 24 hours for delivering the next messages”, these delays are 23 hours and under. 

It won’t let me update my automation, only thing that works is if I put it to minutes, which doesn’t work how I need.

Same issue here. Driving me crazy.

I had a bunch of delays at 23 hours. Now all of them wont work. Not even 1 hour. Only minutes and seconds will work.

Not sure why it’s all of a sudden doing this, this automation has been running for months. Thank you. I have also tried changing the following message from private reply to within 24 hours.

Exactly the same thing is going on in my automation. Had been working perfectly for months, and now this.

Our amazing ​@MauricioS from the support team reviewed your automation ​@SamSoma and he noticed some parts that are probably causing the error to pop up as the smart delays are now considering the 24-hour message window. See it below!

I have found a quick work around for this issue. Add a "Messaging window" condition block before time delay.

I got it working now! Although, not great with the 24hr window. I will have to revise it. Thanks so much!

Hi ​@manychatuser1992 thanks for sending it over. Similarly to the case above, your flow has several messages in a row that don't require any interaction. After the delay, the 24h message window will be closed, and the message won't be sent.
You need to adjust the delays to less than 24h or add a interaction to continue the flow.
