i heard that smart delay doesnt work after 15sec
cn i make it to be more then 2-5minutes
i have same one for ig

Smart delays start at 10 seconds. If the next step after the Smart Delay block is a message block, the maximum delay is 24 hours to comply with the 24-hour rule, except on Telegram, or on WhatsApp if you use templates.
