I’m currently experiencing an issue with an automated reply in ManyChat.
The auto-response uses a template that contains three buttons, but some users are not receiving this message at all.
Has anyone run into this problem before?
Any ideas or troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

This bug causes some messages or button clicks from Instagram to never reach Manychat, so Manychat cannot trigger the automations.
This happens randomly with a few users, so you’ll see the behavior you’re seeing where sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.
