I am on the pro plan. Automations are live. I have message in the opening dm before sending the next message. I have some people receiving the automation and some not. Some of the ones who are not page is public so it being private is not a thing. Someone also sent me a screenshot of them receiving my DM but with a blank message. It is attached. I will get several messages of people saying that no link was received. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
