"Something Went Wrong" Error when trying to connect to Meta Business Suite

I'm trying to enable Instagram Follow-to-DM for new followers. My Instagram is already a professional Creator account. When I try to upgrade/reconnect using the connection required for Follow-to-DM, Meta returns “Something went wrong. Please try again.” I've reproduced the issue in Chrome, Safari and the ManyChat mobile app. Can you confirm whether my Instagram account is currently eligible for Follow-to-DM and whether my account is using the required Unified Instagram connection? If I'm eligible, please help resolve the Meta authorization error.
