"Something Went Wrong" Error when trying to connect to Meta Business Suite

I'm trying to enable Instagram Follow-to-DM for new followers. My Instagram is already a professional Creator account. When I try to upgrade/reconnect using the connection required for Follow-to-DM, Meta returns “Something went wrong. Please try again.” I've reproduced the issue in Chrome, Safari and the ManyChat mobile app. Can you confirm whether my Instagram account is currently eligible for Follow-to-DM and whether my account is using the required Unified Instagram connection? If I'm eligible, please help resolve the Meta authorization error.

    Hi ​@emily_orlandini same error in Chrome, Safari and the app means it's not a browser issue, more likely a stuck connection on Facebook's side. Try removing Manychat completely from Facebook Business Integrations (not just refreshing permissions in Manychat), then reconnect fresh in incognito.

    Eligibility isn't visible from here, only Support can confirm that, but get the connection working first.
