I am encountering the error message 'Something went wrong with your card. Please check your bank payment history or try again using another card' while making a payment and am unable to renew. Does anyone have a solution for this issue?

I have same issue appearing again this month. The only solution that worked for me - wait for a day and try again. 

Manychat’s support, however, doesnt seems to be in rush to help you with this.

They don’t care that our business may rely on Pro automations and for some reason they think it’s ok not to hurry up to help us to give them our money.

@Vlad Oliinyk You’re absolutely right  it’s extremely frustrating. There’s no support from @Manychat Community ​@Manychat healer , no quick response to tickets, and the automation suddenly stopped working with the same error repeating.

It has been impacting my business since yesterday. I’ve tried reaching out on multiple forums but still haven’t received any help. The lack of support is very disappointing and frustrating.
