When i first set up automation and tried it by sending message with another account, there was sound notification when i received message, but now out of sudden the sound notification wasn’t working and i check all the settings, from my laptop sound and notification settings, chrome settings, site settings, and Manychat settings, there is just no sound notification at all for incoming messages, really got no idea what i can to and everything is not muted as well. Please give some advise...:(

That’s odd..
Have you tried opening your account in a different browser?
If switching browsers works, try clearing the cache and cookies in the browser that’s having problems.
