Start Button does not working

Hi everyone,

I’m facing a serious and inconsistent issue with my Facebook Messenger automation and I need help.

My page is 4 years old and connected to ManyChat.

Here are the problems:

• On PC, the “Get Started” button works correctly.
• On Android, when some users click the “Start” button, nothing happens.
• Some users say the bot does not respond at all.
• Some users are receiving an OLD Facebook Instant Reply message that I disabled a long time ago.
• Even though Instant Reply is OFF everywhere, some users still see the old message.
• Users who previously engaged and return after 24 hours do not receive any message.

What I already did:

• Reconnected Facebook permissions multiple times
• Enabled “Take control of conversations”
• Set ManyChat as Primary Receiver in Handover Protocol
• Disabled all Meta Business Suite automations
• Removed Facebook Instant Reply
• Refreshed permissions
• Republished Welcome Message

Still the issue continues.

It feels like Messenger routing is inconsistent or holding old automation memory for some users.

Has anyone experienced this on older pages (4+ years old)?
Is this a Handover Protocol conflict or routing cache issue?

Any expert advice would be highly appreciated 🙏

I have the same problem. I've already done everything that the chatbot support recommended to me. But nothing has changed. And if the button is active, the chat simply asks how it can help. But it doesn't translate into a bot.
