I am using a template provided by Manychat to respond to comments and send private messages.
It works for the first two and then stops working. I have tried to respond manually to comments on Instagram Reels and an error occurs.
I have tried with permissions, the professional account, and the main methods they recommend, but none of them work.
I tried duplicating it and creating a new one. It works at first, but after the third or fourth comment, it stops working.
Does anyone know how I can fix this error?
