Status Peding don´t change

On Meta Business The status is “connected” but on manychat is “pending” for the Whatsapp.

What could be?

    ​@emanuelsil1 try to ‘Refresh Status’ on the top of the page in Manychat, this usually sorts the issue.

    Also, give it some time (at least 24 hours) so that it updates.

    If after that it’s still pending and automations do not work, you have 2 options:

    1. Try to disconnect and reconnect
    2. Get in touch with support so they can take a look at your specific case.
