I'm having a "ghost linking" issue after offboarding a number from Manychat CoEx. I'm trying to move this number to a new platform, but the new provider keeps returning an error: "Number is already linked to another partner (Manychat)."
The critical details:
- Dashboard Clean: The number has been completely deleted from the Manychat dashboard.
- Meta Business Suite Clean: I have already checked my WhatsApp Accounts > Partners section in the Meta Business Manager. There are 0 partners assigned to the WABA.
- The Loop: If I try to add the number back to Manychat, it works instantly. If I try any other system, it claims Manychat still "owns" the integration.
It seems like there is a backend registration between Manychat and Meta that wasn't fully severed when I deleted the channel.
My Question: Is there a way for Manychat support to manually "release" or "flush" the partner ID associated with this specific phone number? Or is there a hidden setting in the Meta developer/business portal that I might be missing to force-kill this legacy CoEx connection?
Has anyone else experienced this even after removing the partner from the Business Manager?
