HELLO. I HAVE A CHAT BOT NUMBER THAT IS STILL WORKING WHEN THE CUSTOMER WRITES. IT WORKS ONCE FOR ONE CUSTOMER. WHAT SHOULD I DO TO STOP IT?

One way to ensure that customers who have gone through this AI stage do not enter it again is to add a TAG and, at the beginning of the flow, insert a condition to check if this TAG is associated with the customer.
Thus, everyone who reaches this AI stage receives this TAG. At the beginning, before entering, a condition block checks if this TAG is linked. If it exists, nothing happens. If it does not, the process continues to the AI stage.

@turgunbekΒ not sure what exactly is your setup, but if you disconnect the account from Manychat all automations will stop immediately.

You can disconnect by going to Settings > Channels in Manychat.
