Hi,
I have a IG Story automation with the trigger as people mention my name. But when someone mention my name in different Story, they again get the same automated message. How can I stop that? It is very annoyng for them.

Hey,
Go to settings → Instagram channel
You’ll find this 👇🏼
Click on “Story Mention Reply” or your automation’s name.
In your automation, you’ll need to add a condition block and a tag. Something like this 👇🏼
This let the automation know who already received the message after they mentioned you.

Please check if you have the “All your Posts and Reels” comment trigger enabled. If that’s the case, the automation will fire every time someone mentions your name, even in different Stories.
To avoid this, you can adjust the trigger settings to prevent multiple messages for repeated mentions.

Thank you. But I dont have the trigger enabled function. At least I cannot find it - I tried some times ago when I wathced all the videos tutorials but it si not there where it supposed to be. Maybe it is becuase live in Europe? I dont know...
