I have set up a simple flow for testing purposes to check whether the bot gets charged or not. However, when I click on the "Buy Now" button, I wasn’t charged. Please see the screenshot for a better understanding.

Can Instagram DMs and Messenger be used to sell services? Also, can I sell a service that costs more than $100?

It seems like the issue is coming from Stripe. Could someone please check and confirm? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

@samar if you’re doing it in ‘Preview’ mode, then it’s not working, it throws an error.

My suggestion: change the value to $1 and trigger the proper automation (with a keyword for example), and then run it in production mode. That is working correctly.

Hey, @samar

Please make sure you’re following the Meta’s commerce policies. Take a look at them here: https://www.facebook.com/policies_center/commerce/ and here: https://www.facebook.com/legal/commerce_product_merchant_agreement

To understand how the “Buy button” works, I recommend you to read this help article: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281189285276-How-to-use-the-Buy-Button-on-Facebook-Messenger-and-Instagram-DM#h_01JFW2HYY0DQ4QNTF80WZ0KSWN. At the end of this article, there is a link for you to contact the support team if you need their help!

I hope you can fix this 🙂
