I’ve been trying to connect my Instagram account @ghadaodehcoach to ManyChat for weeks and keep getting the “Request Sent” message (screenshot attached).
Here’s what I’ve already done:
✅ Verified that my Instagram and Facebook Page are both under the same Meta Business Manager (Ghada Odeh | Health & Wellness Coach)
✅ I have full admin access to both
✅ Removed and re-added ManyChat under Facebook Business Integrations
✅ Tried reconnecting through “Connect with Meta Business Suite”
✅ Logged in with the correct Facebook profile (the one that owns the Page + Business Manager)
Everything looks perfect in Meta, but ManyChat still says “Request Sent” and won’t connect.
From what I’ve read, this usually means ManyChat still has a “ghost” link to my Instagram business ID in an old workspace. Could someone from the team please help manually unlink/reset my Instagram so I can reconnect it cleanly?
