Has anyone run into the issue of seeming to be stuck in the basic builder? I am pretty new to many chat but used to see the full Flow Builder. The chatbot keeps telling me to toggle or hit the 3 dots, but there is no toggle and the three dots only allow me to delete? I am trying to add actions to my flow but am hitting a wall. Any help would be appreciated!

You can add your actions opening the basic builder, and in the top right corner, there is a button called “switch to flow builder”. There you can customize your automation. 🙌🏼

Hi, thank you so much for your response! Unfortunately there is no option to switch to flow builder. That's why I'm so stuck. It seems I'm stuck in the land of the basic builder. Even "start from scratch" new automations are basic with no option to go to Flow Builder. Any suggestions?

It’s the same thing, but it opens in the flow builder.
