Hello everyone,

Until recently, I was able to create an automation that responded to specific keywords in comments on my Instagram posts. This automation would both reply publicly to the comment and send a private direct message to the user. However, I have noticed that the option to set up an automatic public reply to comments has suddenly disappeared. Currently, I can only configure the automation to send a private direct message without the public reply.

Could you please assist me in restoring the functionality to automatically reply publicly to comments? This feature is crucial for engaging with my audience effectively.

Your set-up seems correct to me.

Check these steps to check if everything ok:

At the end, click on the “help” button → Refresh permissions
