I'm reaching out because I need help troubleshooting a funnel issue.
My setup: I'm using ManyChat Auto-DM with keyword triggers on Instagram Reels.
When people comment a keyword, they receive an automated DM with a link to my opt-in page (built in Systeme.io).
The metrics: - Total DMs sent: 90 - Total clicks on the link: 30 (33% click-through rate)
The problem: The clicks are being registered in ManyChat, but I'm seeing zero new leads appearing in my Systeme.io list.
This means people are clicking the link, but something is breaking between the click and the opt-in completion.
My questions:
1. Is there a known issue with ManyChat links not properly passing users through to external landing pages?
2. Could there be a tracking or UTM parameter issue that's preventing Systeme.io from recognizing these visitors as coming from ManyChat?
3. Are there any ManyChat settings I should check to ensure the link is being passed correctly? I've tested the full flow myself and it works perfectly, so the link itself is functional. But something is preventing the 30 people who clicked from converting.
