Hello, I have an issue with automation. I have a chatbot connected to AI, it analyzes each chat with client in chatbot and finds if anyone wants to book a Test drive of a car in the calendar. If yes, it is looking through for now Excel file and see if the spot is available, if yes send confirmation DM via Manychat.com that his test drive was booked on xx.xx.xx date xx:xx time. The issue is that in the code it cannot find which client asked for the test drive to send DM to correct user. Code cannot extract or see Subscriber_ID, search for chat history to analyze which client texted test drive by matching the phone number Code has with the client’s chat history. Could you please help how can I proceed this so that it works as I want ?
